Tomorrow

We live in a society where life is too busy and rushed; there is never enough time in the day. We use the drive thru when there is no time to make dinner, online shopping to save us the trip to the store, and mobile apps that help submit orders to save us time from waiting in lines. The truth is that we want things now and it is an on going routine that leads us to worrying about tomorrow. It never ends!

In James 4:14 the Bible states that life is like a mist that appears for a while, then it vanishes. It is funny how we easily assume that tomorrow is guaranteed but in reality it is not definite. Plans can be made such as a vacation or a trip but nobody can guarantee that it will happen. Goals are great and God does care about what matters to you, but the key thing is to acknowledge God in everything. If in the next 5 years your goal is to own a house, graduate college, or travel; let God know and ask for His direction.

Live each day as if it were the last, life is too short to worry about tomorrow. Live in the moment and show those around you how much you love them. Do not end a day with an argument and waste time with your pride by not taking the time to resolve the problem. Forgive and make peace because tomorrow may be too late.
